Rather than long engagements that require specialization in one industry, or one client or one file, your Grant Thornton experience of shorter engagements and smaller teams will provide you with exposure to a wide variety of audit engagements across multiple industries. Instead of focusing on one aspect of a file for lengthy periods of time, you'll receive exposure to all aspects of client files including cash, property, debt, operating expenses, equipment, employee compensation and more. This experience will help you build stronger relationships with more clients and colleagues.

As well, as you carry out audit work through various stages of an engagement, including planning, execution and fieldwork, you'll have the opportunity to interact with, and learn from, senior client executives.
