The Laurier Academic Case Conference (LACC) is an annual two-day conference hosted on March 21 & 22, 2014 at Wilfrid Laurier University for first year business and economics students from universities across Ontario. The conference provides opportunities for delegates to substantially develop and refine their skills in real life business cases, presentations, group dynamics, business acumen and networking with business professionals.

Team Business Case Study - On the first day of the conference, students will be presented with background information for the team business case competition. The business case study will feature problems and issues that companies may face in daily activities, and will challenge delegates to find creative solutions to be presented to judges. Teams will deliver professional presentations to a panel of esteemed judges consisting of Laurier faculty, Laurier alumni and various industry professionals. Grant Thornton is pleased to offer a scholarship valued at $2,000, which will be awarded to the winning team.
