Miramichi firm merges with Grant Thornton LLP

Toronto, ON, February 3, 2010

National accounting and advisory firm Grant Thornton LLP announced today that the Miramichi, New Brunswick firm Harold M. Parlee Chartered Accountants merged with Grant Thornton effective January 11, 2010.

“Harold Parlee and his team have served their clients well in Miramichi, and we welcome them aboard. This merger adds to our already strong presence in New Brunswick, which can only be good for our existing and new clients in the area.” states Phil Noble, Executive Partner and Chief Executive Officer, Grant Thornton LLP. Grant Thornton LLP has offices across Canada (excluding Quebec), including Miramichi, Bathurst, Moncton, Fredericton, and Saint John.
