For 22 years Bill has been consulting for companies in a variety of industries. In this time he has worked throughout Canada, the United States, South America and Europe implementing productivity improvement initiatives. Always focused on measurable results, Bill has assisted his clients in realizing hundreds of millions in increased profits. In addition to productivity improvement, Bill’s expertise includes safety, quality, costing, pricing and other strategic management.
Bill’s industry experience is vast: pharmaceutical, mines and mine maintenance, engineering and construction project management, metal fabrication, transportation, warehousing and distribution, telecommunications, food processing, heavy manufacturing, automotive, aircraft, printing, farming, insurance and more.
Bill has also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mond Industries as well as Director of Operations for Cott Beverages, Ontario Division.

Assessments: Conducted comprehensive diagnostics of over 85 operations, including pharmaceutical, engineering procurement and construction, steel fabrication and installation, pipeline construction, mining operations, aircraft maintenance, telecommunications sales and maintenance, automotive parts manufacturer, food processing, transport trailer fabrication and assembly, printing, warehouse and distribution facilities. Assessments experience includes cost analysis, organization reviews, process mapping, industrial engineering studies, and strategic analysis. Assessments have resulted in millions of dollars saved by clients through the implementation of performance improvement programs.

Performance improvement programs: Directed dozens of programs focused on increasing the productivity of resources in a variety of manufacturing and service environments. Programs focused on increasing the capacity of the management teams through the installation of management systems designed to ensure appropriate decisions are made at the proper level and at the right time.

Training: Developed and delivered training programs in productivity improvement, business process improvement and strategic management.

Maintenance management: Designed and installed systems that allowed for the increased output of operations through improved equipment uptime.
