    • Property Proof of Claim ("PPOC")
      • Customers must complete the PPOC form and submit it to Nicholas To along with a copy of ownership and driver's license via fax at 416-360-4949 or e-mail at nto@grantthornton.ca.
      • Once the PPOC has been received and approved by the Receiver, an appointment will be made to pickup said property. Absolutely no property will be released without a prior appointment.
