    Ryan is a tax partner in our Kentville office and the leader of the farming and fishing industry group in Nova Scotia. He provides tax advice and services to clients across Southwest Nova Scotia, where he brings his commitment to client service, professional knowledge and experience to ensure strategic tax and business planning objectives are met.

    Ryan is also the leader of the succession and estate planning group for Nova Scotia where he is responsible for our tax specialists who focus on the succession and estate planning needs of our clients.


    Ryan has extensive experience providing corporate and personal tax planning, complex corporate reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions aimed at our privately held business clients. He understands the complex tax issues facing these businesses and seeks to discover what is most important to our clients while providing practical tax and business planning advice.

    Ryan has presented at the Atlantic Provinces Tax Conference on the topic of tax legislation affecting the farming and fishing sector, and has also written papers published through the Canadian Tax Foundation.
