    Bill is the Managing Partner for Grant Thornton Productivity Improvement. Since joining Grant Thornton in 2001 he has been responsible for building and managing the productivity improvement practice that delivers our Structured Approach.

    As a Management Consultant, Bill has implemented productivity improvement initiatives for industries throughout Canada, the US, South America, Europe and Asia for over 27 years. Always focused on measurable results, Bill has assisted his clients in realizing hundreds of millions of dollars in increased profits.

    In addition to productivity improvement, Bill's expertise includes, strategic management, managing large complex business analysis, change management, management training, Lean and Six Sigma tools, engineering and construction project management, safety, quality and supply chains.

    Experience

    Bill has incorporated process and continuous improvement to various industries including aircraft maintenance, airline management, warehousing and distribution, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, automotive, mining along with food and beverage. Bill has also directed projects with Government, Not-for-Profit and Crown Corporations that focused on improving productivity and customer service.

    Bill served as the Chief Operating Officer of Mond Industries, as well as Director of Operations for Cott Beverages, Ontario Division.
