Our commitment to Leading Inclusively begins with our Leading Inclusively Leadership Council, comprised of our Chair, our Chief Executive Officer, Chief People & Culture Officer and regional leadership Partners who ensure we embed inclusion in all that we do as a firm.

We have also appointed dedicated Inclusiveness Partners in each of our business units, who work very closely with our Managing Partners and local Leading Inclusively committees, all of whom bring a real passion to championing and driving the firm's Leading Inclusively commitment at the local level, in particular through:

  • talent development
  • key client resourcing; and
  • opportunities for learning and open dialogue
