As a Senior Manager in the London office, my goal is to help our clients and my colleagues succeed. I work primarily with private, owner-managed businesses with an industry focus that is reflective of London and the surrounding area—agriculture, automotive dealers, consumer products, not-for-profits, construction, and more. In addition to helping clients meet their assurance and financial reporting needs, I, along with the rest of the team, work with our clients to navigate the day-to-day and long-term challenges facing their businesses.
I am a graduate of the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario (2007) and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA – 2010). Prior to joining Grant Thornton, I spent eight years in public accounting working for an international firm which included a year with the firm’s office in Sydney, Australia. I also spent two years in the private sector working in the technology and automotive dealer industries.
In addition to my work with Grant Thornton, I am a part-time instructor at the Ivey Business School and serve on a board that promotes the success of small businesses in London and the surrounding area. Away from the office, you can find me exploring southwestern Ontario on my bike, playing a game of pick-up hockey, enjoying the outdoors at the family cottage, or spending time with my young family.
