As a Director in the Kelowna office of Grant Thornton, I specialize in transaction services—including business valuation, litigation support, due diligence and the quantification of damages from business interruption or personal injury.

I am a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators (CICBV) as well as a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA). I help primarily private and owner-managed businesses across the province in a wide range of industries value their business interests, resolve shareholder disputes, work jointly with family lawyers in matrimonial breakdowns, and work with our tax specialists in planning situations

Since first joining Grant Thornton in 2006, I’ve had the privilege of working in Thunder Bay, Ontario; Adelaide, Australia; and Kelowna, BC—where I have now lived and worked since 2008.

My professional involvement includes having acted as an Audit Committee Member for the CICBV, acting as Former Treasurer of the Kelowna Chartered Accountants Association, and currently acting as a professional development course instructor for the CPA Institute of BC.

I am proud of my legacy of community involvement, which includes a role as Former Treasurer of the Central Okanagan Minor Baseball Association and my current role as an Executive Board Member and Treasurer with BrainTrust Canada.
