As a Results Director with Grant Thornton Productivity Improvement, I draw on over 25 years’ of consulting experience working in numerous industries and in most operating departments (sales, purchasing, planning, administration, scheduling, operations, warehousing and engineering). Prior to assuming this role, I worked with two major international consulting companies—including one of the world’s largest food companies, where I helped improve productivity and customer service while driving down supply chain costs.
So far in my career, I have implemented productivity improvement initiatives for over 75 engagements throughout Canada, the United States and Asia. Always focused on sustainable financial results, I have assisted clients in industries as diverse as aerospace, hospitality and manufacturing to realize millions of dollars in increased profits.
I have also taught several university-level business courses to third-year graduate students at Seneca College.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trent University, certificate in Human Resources Management from Seneca and an MBA from Athabasca University
