In my role with Grant Thornton, I work primarily for privately held corporations providing Notice to Readers, Reviews, and corporate tax returns. I typically work with owner managed companies to provide tax planning and other general business advice. I also provide personal tax services.
I have 10+ years of experience and have participated in numerous professional development and training courses, which have helped to bolster my knowledge.
My hobbies include traveling, skiing, snowboarding, and hiking, as well as sitting down with a good book and a fine glass of wine after a wonderful dinner.
Within my community, I have been involved in a number of different organizations over the years. From 2010 to 2012, I was a member of the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life committee. From 2011 to 2015, I acted as President/Treasurer of the board for the Rotary Centre for the Arts, and from 2016 to 2018, I acted as an Advisory board member for the Okanagan Young Professionals. Currently, I am a committee member with UDI Under 40.
