I’m a tax partner in the Truro, Nova Scotia office and a member of Grant Thornton’s Partnership Board. I have over 25 years' experience providing tax and business planning advice to clients in a variety of industries ranging from private businesses to large public companies. These include professional services firms, manufacturing and distribution companies and aboriginal organizations.

For the past seven years, I’ve been the national leader for the firm’s professional services group, and was also the lead relationship partner for many of our most complex private business and high net worth clients. I’m committed to helping my clients explore opportunities that enhance their business, and focus on their growth.

I’m a lecturer for CPA Canada's Income Tax Practice course and a former tutorial leader for the CPA’s In-depth Tax Course. I’ve also lectured at the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountants and at CPA Canada's National Conference on Income Tax.

I enjoy being involved in sporting activities such as hockey, golf and general exercise. I love to travel, in particular across Canada, the United States, and Europe. And my most favorite is to spend time with family and friends at our little piece of paradise on the ocean at the Northumberland shore of Nova Scotia.
