As an Advisory Partner, I provide expert advice and guidance to privately held companies and business owners on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financings, and management buyouts. I’ve executed numerous successful transactions in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, distribution, business services, food and beverage, and energy services. I take a collaborative approach to navigate the complexities of deals while accelerating value creation. Overall, my goal is to deliver a pivotal contribution to my clients’ business legacy.
I’m committed to giving back to the community and have served on numerous boards in the not-for-profit sector, including the Aventa Centre of Excellence for Women with Addictions and the Calgary Society for Christian Education.
When not in the office, I enjoy spending time with family, lakeside cabin life, teaching my dog new tricks, and planning my next adventure in the mountain wilderness.
