As the Practice Leader for Grant Thornton’s Organizational Design and Optimization group, I focus on helping clients thrive in volatile environments. Our change management support enables owners and business leaders to maximize uptake, adoption, and ROI on investments in digital and lean transformations.
My work is focused on two interconnected spheres:
- Lean: conducting assessments, design work, and implementation of lean methodologies that improve quality, increase employee autonomy, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
- Organizational behaviour: supporting organizations in diversity, equity and inclusion, environmental, social, and governance improvement commitments.
When I’m not working, you can find me writing business articles (and a novel), exploring new cities and perfecting the art of mixing the classic cocktail.
