Greg is a principal of our R&D and Government Incentives practice in the Atlantic Region. Following 12 years in engineering roles in a range of industries, Greg has spent the past 15 helping clients advance their R&D, capital expansion, and export development goals through access to funding programs such as Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED), NS Digital Media Tax Credit (DMTC), and more. Greg's industrial engineering experience, plus knack for identifying and communicating key items within complex topics, inspire his approach to programs like SR&ED—which is focused on developing straight-forward, effective processes to provide program administrators with the information they need.
Greg has extensive experience–both working in and advising clients–in a wide range of industries including tire manufacturing, metal fabrication, oil and gas, chemical processing, power generation, medical research, information technology, food and beverage, bio-pharmaceutical, and more. His engineering roles have included video camera measurement, technique development, process equipment design, industrial engineering /process improvement, and mechanical equipment design.
Greg has authored a number of articles on SR&ED and government incentives, plus regularly provides industry presentations and instructs SR&ED training courses.
