Drawing on my 20 years in public practice, I provide a wide range of assurance, accounting, tax and management consulting solutions to entrepreneurs, multi-generational family businesses and professionals.
My work spans the gamut—from statutory filings, estate planning and navigating buy/sell transactions to helping businesses put the right corporate structure in place. Whether I’m assisting businesses in the real estate, commercial leasing, property development and construction industries or in retail, professional and legal services, my primary aim is to earn my clients’ trust by helping them resolve their issues.
After growing up in Vancouver and attending Langara College, I moved to Victoria to complete a degree in economics with a minor in business at the University of Victoria. I started work with Field & Co. as an articling student in 2001, obtained my CA designation in 2005 and became part of Grant Thornton in 2020 when our firms joined forces.
On a personal level, I enjoy spending time with my family—exploring and travelling both in BC and abroad. I play hockey and coach my daughter’s soccer and softball teams, and have also served as a volunteer treasurer for a number of community organizations.
