As a Partner in our Newfoundland and Labrador office, I leverage over 11 years of experience to provide assurance and advisory services to a wide range of privately-held businesses, public sector organizations, not-for-profit organizations and public companies.
Over the years, I have been the direct lead on many large engagements, including audits, reviews, compilations and complex advisory engagements—from the planning and scoping stage, to the conclusion and delivery stage. My project management skills are very well developed and have proven consistently successful on all the engagements I lead. On many assignments, I’ve also gained valuable experience making effective recommendations around project improvement, operational excellence, performance management, change management and governance.
I work with clients to understand their business, the challenges they face and their opportunities for growth and success. Specifically, I tend to focus on their potential for growth (through acquisition or otherwise), succession planning and overlooked opportunities for maximizing stakeholder value.
I have significant experience in the areas of business plan development and financing analysis. This includes the preparation of a wide array of financial forecasts and business plans to support clients through business transactions and future-oriented decision making. Using my extensive analytical skills, I help my clients understand complex information and make strategic decisions.
As part of my commitment to the profession, I’ve also taken an active role in preparing for and delivering presentations to a wide array of audiences, including executive leadership, board of directors, committees and associations.
