As the leader of the Grant Thornton Canada National Consulting business, I specialize in change management—specifically, re-engineering organizational business processes to improve business insights and performance.
In the past, I’ve held many functional roles in both industry and consulting environments, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Partner and Owner/Operator. I’ve worked for large and small public organizations, family-owned operations, partnerships and private equity-led environments across many sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, consulting and technology. I have also personally led acquisitions, divestitures, sales and integrations, as well as raised debt and equity.
This broad-ranged experience has made me attuned to the real-life impact of existing processes and frameworks. As a result, I have the expertise to help companies define their desired end-state, reverse-engineer their work streams and processes, and identify the best resources and technologies to accelerate their desired transformations.
During the winter, you can find me on the slopes skiing and in the warmer months, I enjoy golfing. Often, you’ll find me cooking for my family and collecting wine. My wife and I are kept busy with two amazing teenage daughters and spending much of our free time together in beautiful Grey County.
