I can help you with personal, Canadian and cross-border tax, mergers and acquisitions, and tax risk management.

Whether helping establish a start-up or developing a succession plan, I love working with clients throughout their business journey—. I work closely with each client to determine which obstacles stand in the way of achieving their goals and then find solutions that best suit their unique needs. While my expertise is in tax, I understand that not decisions are best made as part of a holistic business strategy and can collaborate with other advisors to ensure that everything works well together.

As a Partner in our tax group, I’ve worked with privately held businesses and junior public and multi-national corporations and their shareholders in all aspects of tax planning and compliance. I’ve also worked with small- to medium-sized energy and service companies, rate-regulated entities, and businesses in the manufacturing, processing, construction, and real estate industries.

My professional qualifications include membership in the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, CICA In-Depth Tax Course Part I, II, and III, Foundations in International Tax Course CPA, and various leadership development programs.

Outside of work, I sit on the board of Storybook Theatre, one of Calgary’s longest-running family musical theatre companies. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking in the mountains with my husband and dog and spending time with my family.
