As the Practice Leader for Operational Transformation, I leverage 25 years of business development and operational execution experience within the supply chain and business technology areas to support the Grant Thornton Business Consulting and Technology (BCT) team.
Every day, I work to understand our clients’ unique challenges and opportunities—and help them achieve their financial, operational and growth objectives. Within Business Consulting and Technology (BCT), I’m also leading the Operational Transformation team-build—an undertaking that involves defining our team’s approach/methodology, assessing talent, forming an education/awareness program and executing on these initiatives.
When I’m not at work, I enjoy giving back to the community in which I live. I’ve been a football coach for the Mississauga Football League, hockey coach for the Minor Oakville Hockey Association the Oakville Hornets Girls Hockey Association, as well as the United Way Campaign Leader for York Region. I also enjoy playing golf, participating in watersports and watching sports—particularly my daughter’s hockey team and the Kansas City Chiefs.
