As a Partner with Grant Thornton with over 30 years of experience in a diverse range of businesses and industries, I feel privileged to have earned my clients’ respect as a trusted advisor. In addition to assisting them with tax planning and compliance, financial planning, accounting, assurance and compliance-related services, I am committed to developing and facilitating their overall business strategies in the most effective manner possible.
What I most enjoy about my job is collaborating with my clients who value a high-level service experience, to help them meet their current and future financial goals and organizational objectives.
Throughout the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a wide range of industries, including retail, logging, agriculture, manufacturing and distribution, real estate and construction, and professional services. In addition to this experience, I have also served on the BC Institute of CA’s Practice Review and Licensing Committee for seven years.
Within my community, I have served as a treasurer for the Rotary Club of Salmon Arm and am currently an active member. I also acted as treasurer for the Shuswap Hospice Society, as well as a coordinator for the Friends at Christmas Dinner Group in Salmon Arm. While I lived in Williams Lake, I was an active member of the Central Cariboo Search and Rescue Group.,
Outside of work and community service, I enjoy hiking, biking, table tennis, cross country skiing and travelling.
