I can help you with cross-border and U.S. tax, compliance, and advisory services.

With more than 25 years of experience I’ve advised clients ranging in size from small owner-managed companies to large publicly traded companies.

I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand complex U.S. tax rules and how they relate to their US operations. My primary focus has been structuring the U.S. operations of Canadian companies, mitigating U.S. federal and state tax exposure, accounting for income taxes, and providing due diligence and other compliance services.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time with family and friends.
