Assisting clients and colleagues with complex tax matters is where I thrive, and I’m thrilled to continue my passion for tax as a Partner in our National Indirect Tax group. I enjoy providing specialty tax advice to both Canadian and international clients on all aspects of Canadian sales tax. I also love coaching my talented colleagues as they grow and pursue their own career goals.

After developing my specialty at a boutique sales tax firm, I made the life changing decision to join Grant Thornton in 2016, where I discovered a culture of leadership and felt like I could truly grow and engage as a professional. Earlier in my career, I gained experience toward my CPA designation at PwC before transitioning to the parent company of a large group of franchise companies.
Since then, I’ve presented on Canadian sales tax at several conferences and to various industry groups, and I’m proud to have numerous articles published. I’ve also co-authored a technical paper for the 2018 CPA Canada GST/HST Symposium.

In keeping with Grant Thornton’s commitment to give back to the community, I’m grateful to be a part of community initiatives like our local ice rink and enjoy leading fundraising and volunteering initiatives for my children’s sportsteams. My partner and I also value being active parents and neighbours.
