I can help privately held businesses with succession and estate planning, as well as other tax planning. I also advise on valuations, business purchases, and sale transactions.

Proper succession and estate planning is central to helping you establish an effective, efficient future transition for your business. I’ll work closely with you to develop effective strategies for passing down your business to the next generation or selling to a third party, with the goal of minimizing taxes and retaining family wealth.

I help clients address business challenges including tax planning, family compensation, and assisting with financing and fundraising needs. My objective is to be a trusted advisor to help business owners like you achieve professional, personal, and family goals.

With more than 40 years experience, I enjoy imparting the lessons I’ve learned over the years to my colleagues. In some cases, that means providing a technical review of their work, or sharing tips on developing soft skills to build a truly strong relationship with our clients.

Away from work, I enjoy watching sports, a good meal, and seeking out all the wonders the world has to offer alongside my wife.
