I advise clients on all matters related to a transaction. From preparing a company for sale to post-closing considerations, I support clients buying, selling, or refinancing a business. I have also spent time advising multi-jurisdictional clients on global expansion strategies including mergers and acquisitions.

I lead a dynamic team of due diligence professionals in Transactions Advisory Services. Our team is dedicated to supporting clients throughout a transaction’s lifecycle. My priority is driving value for clients through data-driven insights and analysis by partnering closely with them and collaborating with colleagues to deliver successful outcomes.

I bring over fifteen years of experience supporting mid-market companies—providing a thoughtful, client-centric approach to complex transactions.

Outside of work, I can be found spending time with my family, skiing in the winter, or cycling and golfing in the summer. I also support community initiatives, including serving on the board of a local daycare and industry associations.
