• Equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging (EDIB)

  Inclusion is a cultural belief embedded in everything we do. We are focused on transformational change, which includes talent processes that reflect our cultural belief and recruitment and development efforts that provide equal opportunity for all. Our culture of belonging comes to life through Diverse Exchanges, a program where people connect to understand how they can walk in each other’s shoes. We have a Leading Inclusively Advisory Committee that guides our executive team on important decisions around EDIB and engages in meaningful conversations.

• Community Investment

  We’re committed to helping our communities thrive through our Grant Thornton Foundation and its Greater Purpose program, whereby 0.5% of fees go back into communities. Through our Vibrant Communities program, we bring community organizations together to generate ideas for positive impact. We believe we can make a meaningful difference in the places where we live and work. 

• Health and well-being

  We use the term “vital” to describe well-being. We strive for holistic well-being by creating the right environment for others and we expect our leaders to champion vitality. We also do this through our hybrid work environment, offering flexibility to our people. Our Vital Time initiative gives time-saving benefits for more work-life balance. We have certified Vital@GT ambassadors to promote wellness. Finally, we focus on mental well-being through programs on resilience and a support around mental health overall.
