About the client

KDN Pavement Markings Ltd. (KDN) provides pavement marking and removal services in Southern Ontario. The family owned-and operated business has been servicing the Southern Ontario paving industry since 1986.

KDN collaborates with municipalities, construction companies, and road maintenance authorities to ensure quality and durability of markings through high-traffic roadways and harsh Canadian winters.

When the owners at KDN decided they were ready to sell, they approached our M&A team to help them through the sale process. Our advisors helped them find a buyer that understood their company and was excited to work with management to preserve the company’s legacy.
