Back in 1981, after earning my Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Windsor, my Bachelor of Arts from York University and my Chartered Accountant designation, I began my accounting practice in the basement of my family home. Over the next 30 years, I grew the business from a handful of clients to a full-service accounting firm serving hundreds of individuals and businesses.
Most recently, I had the unique opportunity to further expand the Sloan Group’s offerings by joining Grant Thornton. As a natural entrepreneur, I focus on much more than an accounting perspective by bringing a well-honed business point of view to each of my client engagements. My ongoing aim remains to help my clients achieve their personal and business goals, while exploring the endless opportunities to learn new things with a rapidly growing team.
A Toronto native, I live in the city I love with my wife and three daughters, and I enjoy spending time with family at the cottage over the weekends.
