As a partner in our international tax practice, I help clients navigate complex income tax issues, both within and outside of Canada. With over 10 years of experience in domestic and international tax services, my focus is on helping clients expand operations in Canada and internationally, as well as undertake organizational restructuring, acquisitions and divestitures in a tax-efficient manner.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many organizations across a variety of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, transportation, construction, real estate and professional services.

I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation. I also routinely present on topics such as Canadian corporate and cross-border taxation.

In my spare time, you can find me spending time with my family, reading and getting outside to run, golf or snowboard.
