I advise private and publicly traded entities on international tax matters. This includes assisting clients in a broad range of industries with computations of foreign accrual property income and surplus pools of foreign affiliates. I also advise clients on matters involving business reorganizations, financing and debt restructuring, corporate and IP migrations, entity rationalizations, tax-efficient repatriations, as well as tax disputes.

I’ve spent over 15 years advising businesses with a variety of tax matters and am passionate about working closely with clients to understand their business and assist them in meeting their business goals by identifying tax issues and opportunities in a timely way and offering practical solutions.

In addition, I enjoy sharing tax insights and regularly present on tax matters. I’ve had the opportunity to share my experience through teaching tax at all the three levels of CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program. I’m also a member of CPA Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, and playing chess.
