I can help with mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, tax strategy and estate planning.

I empower business owners to make informed business decisions by breaking down complex concepts into plain language. I view each client’s situation as unique and take steps to provide them with business solutions tailored to their needs. To do so, I begin every client engagement with an in-depth discovery meeting where I learn about their goals, objectives, challenges, opportunities and plans for their future. Once I thoroughly understand the situation, I find creative and innovative solutions to meet their personalized goals.

Continuous improvement is also a cornerstone of my practice. I’m always striving to offer top value to my clients—whether that’s by learning about new tax planning strategies or advising on recent legislative changes that may impact their business.

Community is very important to me and I currently serve on the board of Baseball Dieppe as vice president of finance.

Outside work, I enjoy camping and swimming with my wife and three young sons, as well as coaching youth baseball.
