As a tax partner and the National Leader of Global Mobility Service (GMS) for Canada, I leverage over 20 years of experience helping companies manage and improve their global talent mobility programs.

My experience includes cross-border personal tax services, international payroll, social security planning and corporate tax matters affecting global mobility. I also help clients develop global mobility policies and interpret the impact that international tax treaties may have on the taxation of their global workforce. Throughout, my goal is to help organizations create a distinctive global mobility experience for their employees, while effectively helping them manage risk, compliance and cost.

I also lead the US Personal Tax Service for the Central Region (Ontario and Manitoba), which delivers cross-border and global tax services to over 2,000 clients. In this role, I’m responsible for client service satisfaction; account coordination; technical, risk and quality standards; talent development; and practice economics.

I became a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant after graduating from McMaster University, where I received my Bachelor of Commerce. Outside of work, I’m active in my community and served for many years as a cabinet member on my local United Way. I live My Purple by helping my clients, colleagues and communities thrive.
