Running your own business should be rewarding—not demanding. While challenges are inevitable in a constantly changing business landscape, my goal is to bring clarity to the complicated, tailored solutions to puzzling problems, and insightful advice to drive growth for my clients.

As the tax leader for Newfoundland and Labrador, I draw on over 30 years of practicing in the private business space to assist my clients at any stage of their business’ journey including personal and corporate domestic tax, succession and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and personal tax planning. I’m also the relationship partner for high net-worth clients requiring boutique-level service. I guide the largest tax team in our province to focus on anticipating client needs and staying aware of changing complex issues that could impact them. My team inspires me with their dedication to helping our clients succeed with their deep expertise focusing on a great client experience, which leads to a great colleague experience.

Giving back to my profession is important to me as I spent about 10 years as a tutor for the CPA Income Tax for the General Practitioner course. I have also presented on current tax issues and trends to support my colleagues and peers.

In my spare time, you can find me enjoying the outdoors camping or snowmobiling. I’m also an avid crafter and sew intricate quilts and dye yarn for knitting projects.
