Always approachable, I dig deep to understand my clients’ business and personal goals so that I can tailor solutions that address both in the most efficient way.

As a Principal in Assurance based in our Saint John office, I assist small- to mid-sized privately held businesses operating in the construction and real estate, distribution, fisheries, hospitality, professional services, retail, and transportation sectors. In my 25 years in the profession I’ve worked in public accounting in Newfoundland, taken on a secondment in Texas, worked in Toronto for a year, and gained experience in a Big Four firm. That experience allows me to provide comprehensive business advice, including complex financial reporting, financial analysis, tax planning, tax compliance, and process improvement. I also help clients with matters related to mergers and acquisitions, and advise on research and development and government initiatives.

On a more personal note, I am actively involved in the community and enjoy volunteering for KV Minor Hockey where I provide guidance to help the organization stay financially sound.

When I am not working, you can find me coaching my son’s hockey and baseball teams, and spending quality time with my family and friends. With a passion for outdoors, I love boating, fishing, and biking.
