With more than 20 years of transfer pricing experience, I provide strategic advisory services to companies expanding across international borders.
On any given day, I help organizations plan, implement and defend their intercompany transfer pricing policies for transactions including: the manufacturing and distribution of products, the provision of technical and management services, the license and sale of intellectual property, and intercompany financing arrangements. I also have extensive Canadian controversy experience and regularly assist clients in the audit, appeals and competent authority processes.
When I am not in the office you can find me presenting on transfer pricing for a variety of professional associations—including the Canadian Tax Foundation, Federated Press, Canadian Petroleum Tax Society, Canadian Manufacturers and Exporters Association, the University of San Diego and the OECD.
I am also proud to be a part of the practice which has been awarded the prestigious Transfer Pricing Advisory Firm of the Year award by the International Tax Review in 2014 and 2018.
