Specializing in transfer pricing since 2003, I assist multinational clients with their transfer pricing planning, implementation, documentation, and controversy projects. In particular, I have experience assisting clients with reviewing their existing transfer pricing policies and aligning them with their current or planned operating models and the latest transfer pricing guidance.

Projects that I’ve led include planning analyses involving financial modeling, policies and procedures implementation assistance, business restructurings, master and local file preparation, domestic and foreign documentation preparation, advance pricing arrangements, and CRA audit assistance and resolution. Examples of recent work include intellectual property transfers, establishment of a cost sharing arrangement and valuation of platform contribution transactions, setup and implementation of residual profit split models, and business restructurings involving the migration of intellectual property.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton in 2019, I specialized in transfer pricing at two big four firms.

In my time away from work, I enjoy going on remote camping trips with my family, canoeing and fishing.
