With over 18 years of public accounting experience, 10 years of which has been focused in tax, I advise clients in southern Ontario on domestic tax compliance, tax advisory and tax planning matters.

Over the years, I’ve developed strong business relationships with our clients, and work diligently to deliver tax and business planning advice specific to each client’s unique needs. I also work to set up tax-efficient structures that are flexible enough to meet the needs of an ever-changing business environment.

On any given day, I help businesses and their shareholders meet all their tax filing requirements, and develop sophisticated tax planning solutions to minimize or defer both corporate and personal taxes. This includes corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and selling a business.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience by presenting, writing articles and serving as a member of the steering committee for the Niagara Tax Consultation Group. I’m also actively involved in the community, serving as Director of Finance at a local church, board member and treasurer for Bethesda Community Services (an organization that serves individuals with special needs in the Niagara community) and a minor sports coach.

Personally, I enjoy being active and playing sports, and travelling and spending time with my family.
