As Principal of the Grant Thornton Atlantic Transactions practice, I provide valuation, merger and acquisition, and debt advisory services to clients across Atlantic Canada.
Most of my time is spent assisting private company clients in selling their businesses, helping them acquire new businesses and helping clients obtain debt financing. I have been involved in numerous transactions spanning many different industries, including car dealerships, distributors, manufacturers, pharmacies and insurance brokers.
I joined Grant Thornton in 2012, bringing several years of experience in financial advisory services with me. This experience includes preparing business valuations for tax planning, divestiture, succession, financial reporting and buy-side due diligence. I also am well-versed in providing mid-market M&A services, such as drafting confidential information memoranda, developing potential buyer listings, facilitating buyer due diligence and performing preliminary pricing analysis; as well as performing various financial modelling and financial advisory consulting.
My previous experience also includes working for a TSX-listed public company as an investment manager, and working as a manager in financial advisory for a national public accounting firm.
