There are two things I like the most about being a partner at Grant Thornton: the clients I get to work with and the colleagues I get to work alongside. For over 15 years, I’ve advised clients with a special focus in the areas of assurance, corporate income tax and personal income tax and I’ve found that I especially value the camaraderie our team shares as we collaborate to help our clients solve their business challenges. Finances and tax can be intimidating for some people and I’m proud we can help alleviate that stress and give business owners peace of mind to focus on other matters.

Born and raised in Comox Valley, my family has lived in the region for three generations. I’m incredibly proud of this heritage and that my two daughters will grow up here as well. My roots make it particularly rewarding to collaborate with local businesses to help them succeed, and to give back to the community.

When not at work, I really enjoy kayaking, golfing and travelling around the many great places Vancouver Island has to offer, and I’m always willing to talk about my beloved Green Bay Packers—in which I hold a one share ownership (with 112,000 others)!
