As a partner, national lead for Transaction Advisory Services, and Private Equity, I oversee a team that delivers strategic, comprehensive advice on a range of transactions, including acquisitions and preparing to sell a business. We offer our clients direction and advice on a range of value-generating services and are there to identify opportunities and risks throughout a deal’s life cycle and post-transaction.
I work with private equity clients and their portfolio companies in conjunction with our teams in Assurance, Tax and Advisory to ensure our clients have access to high quality deal flow, and right experts across our network.
I’ve been a transactions executive for nearly 20 years and have developed expertise across the globe and in a variety of industries. My experience in a diverse range of industries and sectors—including manufacturing, distribution, utilities, consumer brands, and technology—allows me to be a pragmatic, deal-oriented advisor. My clients include private and public corporate entities, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and government agencies.
Since I joined Grant Thornton in 2016, my clients have benefited from my comprehensive practical experience and technical expertise in:
- Buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and quality of earnings support;
- transaction analytics;
- corporate finance transactions;
- and integration and separation services(including carve-outs, divestitures, and post-merger integration strategy).
