Norm Raynard

I ensure our operational model supports colleagues in delivering high-quality services to our clients across Canada. As a member of the Firm’s national management committee, I lead various firmwide projects to manage operations, drive performance, provide strategic leadership, and support colleagues.  I also have Regional Managing Partner responsibilities for our Southern Ontario Business Unit.

My past roles within the Firm include Regional Managing Partner Western Canada and Managing Partner for New Brunswick. With coast-to-coast experience, I’ve gained an understanding of local market needs, regional business resources, and established relationships across the Western, Central, and Atlantic regions. Before that, I was a Partner in Advisory services, helping clients with mergers and acquisitions, transactions, and valuations in various industry segments. Whether taking the Firm’s operational efficiencies to a new level or dealing with clients, I’ve always embraced the challenge to help others thrive.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me enjoying a round of golf or playing hockey, which I previously coached. I tend to spend my summers boating on the lake where my cottage is located in New Brunswick.
