As a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s transfer pricing group based in Toronto, I have 12 years of experience in transfer pricing, with international professional experience in North America, the Middle East region and Australasia. In addition, I have worked as a consultant and as an in-house specialist at one of the world’s largest banks.

Key areas of my transfer pricing expertise include planning; particularly for regional hub structures and profit split arrangements. I have also assisted in tax dispute projects including applications for tax rulings, audit defence, appeals, the mutual agreement procedure and advance pricing arrangements. In addition, I also have extensive experience with the structuring of intercompany financing and hedging arrangements.

Industries that I have worked with include financial services, media, telecommunications, industrial products, oilfield services, retail, logistics, mining and forest products.
