As Managing Director in the Grant Thornton Edmonton office, I advise clients on transactions in a variety of intricate and dynamic situations – including mergers and acquisitions, financing, succession planning, capital raising and acquiring companies. For the last nine years of my 13-year career, I’ve worked in audit, valuations and corporate finance—first for an international Big Four accounting firm and then with my own corporate finance firm, prior to joining Grant Thornton.

Throughout my career, I’ve always viewed my clients as family—and helped them receive fair value for their life’s hard work. I predominately work with entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses looking to purchase, sell or refinance.

I support clients in a multitude of industries including construction, energy and natural resources, distribution and transportation. My diverse experience allows me to bring a broad perspective to client engagements and effectively develop transactions strategies and capital requirements that help my clients reach their goals.

When I am not assisting my clients, I happily spend my leisure time staying active, spending time with my wife and two children and travelling.
