I am a Treasury and Capital Markets enthusiast, specializing in the transfer pricing of financial transactions. I have significant experience advising clients from a variety of industries including financial services and capital markets, telecommunications, life sciences, power and energy, pharmaceutical, and entertainment.

Prior to transfer pricing, I worked in capital markets, structuring and trading derivatives and debt instruments.

I also have extensive experience in the valuation of complex financial instruments; including convertible notes, embedded derivatives, contingent consideration and earnouts, notes and equity-linked notes, as well as other complex path-dependent options and financial instruments for financiap reporting, strategic business planning and tax purposes.
