Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager in Grant Thornton’s transfer pricing group based in Toronto, I have 12 years of experience in transfer pricing, with international professional experience in North America, the Middle East region and Australasia. In addition, I have worked as a consultant and as an in-house specialist at one of the world’s largest banks. Key areas of my transfer pricing expertise include planning; particularly for regional hub structures and profit split arrangements. I have also assisted in tax dispute projects including applications for tax rulings, audit defence, appeals, the mutual agreement procedure and advance pricing arrangements. In addition, I also have extensive experience with the structuring of intercompany financing and hedging arrangements.

In both cases, I practice a team-based approach and bring in relevant subject matter experts to address business-specific concerns. Within the community, I’m a board member of the Mayflower Curling Club and member of the steering committee responsible for the development of a new start-of-the-art facility.
