About the client

AGM Glass Fabricators grew from humble beginnings in Winnipeg to become the largest glass fabricator in Manitoba. The business, founded in 2008, has built a trusted reputation for supplying residential and commercial glass products and services across Manitoba, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.

Shareholders at AGM decided the time was right to sell, but they were new to the M&A process and wanted professional support to ensure it ran smoothly, and to help them achieve their goals.

Our M&A team guided them step-by-step from Day 1—minimizing delays and finding efficiencies—so they could feel comfortable in the decisions they made along the way.

Ultimately, the deal closed successfully for all parties involved. The founders of AGM will continue to run the day-to-day operations while operating under the new ownership of Petwin Bancorp—a leader in the real estate space.
